Cohorts and consulting create intentional space for growth that doesn't happen in isolation. In small, guided communities of like-minded peers, women experience the power of synergy, shared wisdom, honest dialogue, authenticity, and Spirit-led insight, alongside practical guidance they can apply in real time.Cohorts combine coaching and consultation, offering not only encouragement and reflection, but clarity, perspective, and strategic direction shaped by Scripture, experience, and discernment.Each cohort offers a distinct focus, while sharing a common foundation: Christ-centered formation, community, wise counsel, and practical application.
Professional Women's Cohort
A six-month, Spirit-led formation journey for women in the marketplace and ministry who lead with faith, confidence, and excellence. This cohorts integrates scripture, leadership development, and practical application, creating a space for women to be seen, strengthened, and equipped with tools they can execute in their personal and professional lives.
She Speaks Collective
The She Speaks Collective is a faith-centered cohort for women who feel called to share their story, message, or lived experience through writing, speaking, podcasting, or advocacy. Many women sense a deep call to communicate, but feel unsure where to begin, how to structure their message, or how to steward their story with clarity and confidence. This cohort provides guided space, structure, and community to help women move from internal story to external voice. Participants are supported in discerning, shaping, and expressing their message in ways that align with both purpose and platform.
